World Basketball Scouting is a first of its kind vast youth player database, ranking site, and scouting/recruiting service. Using proven data-driven models, which were fed over 295,000 active player seasons, we developed the strongest skill quantifying formulas in the youth basketball industry.

We house thousands of athlete profiles on here and provide them all with a factual and robust profile to show off their talents, accomplishments, and statistics to best advance their basketball careers.

Founded by Oliver Fell, Hoops HQ's Director of International Scouting from 2025 to 2026, we seek to provide a centralized and robust database of all the world's youth talent and connect those players with the coaches and opportunities that can best advance their future.
